Founded in Barcelona in 2005, La Gallina de Metal is the result of more than two decades of artistic research combining the virtuosity of circus technique with a distinctive expressive language. The company creates artistic and social projects for public spaces around the world, combining dance, floor and aerial acrobatics.
The show
Vivir y Jugar
An ode to the present moment, in which contemporary circus and dance meet in a poetic and immersive performance. The artist guides audiences through three expressive worlds—the quiet strength of hand-balancing, the fluidity of acro-dance and the freedom of aerial fabric. A gentle, uplifting journey that reminds us that living and playing are, ultimately, one and the same.
