The Festival Venues

Sassari

The cultural center of north-western Sardinia, Sassari is a city of stone, historic squares and enduring traditions, where medieval heritage meets contemporary life. Its monuments, university and lively old quarters have long made it a meeting place for cultures, languages and popular celebrations that continue to shape the Nurra region. Since 1996, it has been the main home of the Girovagando Festival.

Spazio TEV

Spazio TEV has been the home of Theatre en Vol since 2021.
It was created to bring a “concrete utopia” to life: transforming a degraded area and creating a multidisciplinary artistic space. A citadel of art that aims to become a cultural outpost in the local area and a benchmark for the network of artists Theatre en Vol is part of. A space dedicated to theatre, dance, music, contemporary circus, video art, and visual arts; a creative workshop for developing experimental and original projects, environmental education programs, hosting exhibitions and installations, conferences and book presentations, set design workshops, and artistic training.
